We posted about Petri’s on our Facebook page a few days ago, but did not feel that the little blurb did this exceptional store enough justice. When owners have a deep personal interest in creating a welcoming atmosphere, the business truly thrives.

Petri’s Floral & Boutique is a full line florist with a twist!  Petri’s is also a boutique shop that carries unique and exclusive items to our area. Petri’s is located in Bellevue, Ky, on Fairfield Avenue, which is home to several charming boutique style shops and restaurants.   Petri’s has been around since 1916, but was recently purchased by Randy and Vickie Wooten, who began the busy process of a total makeover as well as rebranding the shop into something a little more than just flowers in June of 2018.

Vickie left her long time sales career to do something that she was passionate about, with the encouragement of her husband, Randy. In Vickie’s words,   “He knows what makes me tick and he also knows how much I love meeting and talking to people”, “I truly enjoy being as creative as I want to be and encourage the staff to do the same.  We don’t criticize each other, we inspire each other.  I absolutely love what I do and enjoy working with my talented team!  We took our time in deciding which products we wanted to carry, selecting the highest quality items that we believe would appeal to many people.

The idea of being a “non-traditional” type of florist seems to be working, as The City of Bellevue (both businesses and residents) has been very supportive to the changes that have taken place. If you are in the Bellevue are, do yourself a favor and stop by Petri’s.  We obviously appreciate that they chose to carry our products, however there are many more reasons than just our products to stop by. You will be glad you did!
