Soap of the Month Club has turned out to be a popular offering.  For those who have been with us a long time, you know we started out with the former automatic PayPal subscription program.  We found it necessary to exit PayPal due to increasing fees and their policy that forbids the sale of CBD products.

The new Soap of the Month Subscription Program is based out of Shopify, an E-Commerce Program.  There is a slight difference between the two that a number of subscribers have missed, so we want to be sure everyone is on the same page.

When you sign up for the Soap of the Month Club, you will be charged for the 1st month immediately.  One month later, you will receive an invoice by email for the charges for the 2nd month.  When that invoice is paid with the link included in the email, we are notified by the software that your soap needs to ship.

If the invoice is not paid, a reminder goes out a few days later.  If the reminder is not paid, the subscription will sit silent and you will inevitably start wondering “Where is my soap?”.

So every month, you will see an invoice come through specifically for the Soap of the Month Club!  We apologize for any inconvenience and/or confusion, but wanted to clarify this to be sure no one is missing out on their packages.

We’ve re-sent system reminders for October soaps on October 28th.   If you received your October soaps already, you never missed an invoice and we thank you!  As always, if you have questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to email or call us for help!
