- Products Eligible for Return: We accept returns on most unused and unopened products. Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns on opened or used soaps, lotions, or balms.
- How to Return: Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.
- If the product fails to perform or a customer experiences a reaction, we have a 100% money-back guarantee.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange a product for a different scent or variety, simply let us know, and we’ll help you make the switch.

Damaged or Defective Products

- If the tracking number says “DELIVERED” and the customer does not have the package, the customer must notify the shipper (USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex) as it is the shipper’s responsibility to explain how the package was delivered.
