How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

Please check the item availability before placing the item in your cart. Most of our items ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email. If sent priority mail, tracking information is available.

Do you ship to my country?

When placing your order you will be asked for your shipping information. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we cannot process your order until we receive payment from you.

What is your return policy?

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • There should be no signs or wear or product usage.  If you do not like a scent, return the soap BEFORE it is used.
  • Returns must be within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order.  These are not returnable or refundable. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at 513-735-4628.  Please leave a message if unable to reach us directly.  Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you received as a gift will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We do not charge a restocking fee at this time.  If our return program is abused, we will institute a restocking fee.  Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Order Status

Please check the item availability before placing the item in your cart. Most of our items ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain your tracking number so that you may track your shipment.

If you want to change or cancel an item, you need to contact us by email or phone. But we cannot guarantee we can do it, as the order may already have shipped.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number.  Use this number to track your shipment.

Please reference your tracking number (USPS, UPS or FEDEX). If your order shows ‘shipped’ or ‘in transit’ your package is still on its way. If the status says ‘delivered’ contact the carrier’s customer service for assistance.  Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and is literally out of our hands. If your order is truly lost, you can file a claim to recover the purchase value with the carrier.   If you want to replace the missing order, you will need to order it from us again. 

While we make every effort to make sure your shipment is perfect, but we are human and mistakes can happen. Please contact our customer service number and will make arrangements to get your missing item to you immediately! 

To cancel your order, you can directly contact us through specified email or phone number. You can also place your cancellation request from orders option in My Account section. After receiving your request, we will approve or contact you to validate your request.

Pricing and Billing

You can create an account by exploring the user icon at the top right of the website. You will see two options a. Sign In b. Create an account. You need to choose Create an account option.

Login to your account, go to my account section and then account details. At this section, you can change your password.

Your reward points would be redeemed at the time of placing the order. On the cart page, you can enter the number of points to redeem and submit.

Click on WHOLESALE GOAT MILK SOAP link at the footer, then click on “Sign Up to be a Wholesaler using this link” Button. On that page click on “Create an account”.

Retail orders $65 or more that are delivered within the continental United States are shipped for free.

Sales tax is dependent upon State Nexus Rules which vary State by State.  If you see tax has been charged on your order, we have had more than 200 transactions in your particular state and are legally required to collect and report tax. 

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your item(s).
